In the United States of America the government doesn't have the authority to dictate to private industry like they do in socialist countries like Venezuela. Of course they didn't have the authority in Venezuela either but that doesn't stop a megalomaniac like Hugo Chavez. But that kind of stuff can't happen here because our president is restrained by our constitution.... right?.....eh comrade?
