It seems to me that every single illegal alien in this country, most of whom don't pay any taxes at all should be investigated and convicted of this same CRIME if they have children going to any public school.
And of course they should be deported immediately after they serve their sentence.

What a second. Do you mean to tell me that a US citizen is being arrested because they deceivingly placed their child in a school that they weren't supposed to be in, but illegal alien parents who deceivingly place their illegal alien children in a school they aren't supposed to be in, get off free?
