I Will Say It Again

The liberal media and the democratic party hate black people. Despise them. Nothing but the most utter disdain for them. They tell us there is racism where there is none (see: the Ford ad) and insinuate that a black man should not be involved with a white woman (see: the Ford ad) This is why Im getting so damn frustrated even talking to liberals lately. I have even banned liberals from the lunch room at work. It used to be that you could have intelligent debates based on intelligent reasoning, now its who can spin their bullshit poll numbers best or even worse with the libs its all about mindreading. "Well what they were insinuating is.." "What they were really saying..." They no longer argue or debate in reality its all interpretations. What the Republicans meant with the Ford commercial is that Southerners are all racists and you cant have a white woman asking a black man to call her because the simple Southern rednecks will get all riled up and start burning crosses on Harold Ford's lawn. They way libs act its like theyve all lost their minds. Here it is. Bammm. And you say, goddamn. This is the dope jam.

I saw a Playboy Bunny. Liberals saw racism.

but...

For arguments sake Ill play along. (Remember libs this is make believe...you know your reality)Lets say the RNC were in fact race-baiting and playing up to the fearmongers. Thats some pretty dirty pool right there and shame on the RNC for their damned dirty insinuations. Deserved every bit of the news coverage and damnation it received for two weeks straight and still haphazardly mentioned whenever Ford's name comes up on the liberal media. The ad was taken down immediately at Corker's request. Immediately.

Now for arguments sake you play along. This will require that you leave your x-ray glasses and Carnac the Magnificent hat home. Dont worry were traveling light, just your eyes ears logic reason and a sense of fairness. Heeeeeeeerrrre's Donkey.

Members of a white Senator's staff illegally obtain a black candidate's financial records to smear him (insinuation: Black men cant handle their money and will waste it on blunts and Nikes) Then during a debate, members of the white candidates campaign hand out oreo cookies, which somehow happen to end up (probably due to George W Bush's Katrina weather machine affecting the wind patterns in black neighborhoods) near the black candidates podium (insinuation: Blacks that dont toe the line are wiggers) A prominent member of the oppositition party refers to the black candidate as behaving "slavishly" (insinuation: House slave) Followed up by a prominent nationally published magazine referring to the black candidate as a "lawn jockey" (insinuation: Uncle Tom, Aunt Jemima, Little Black Sambo)

Wow playing make believe is fun, but lets rejoin the real word for a moment. See ya, see ya, Glad that you could stay a while, da dum, Glad that we could say "Good morning" to ya, Hope you'll have a shiny day.

Lets remove the insinuations or interpretations of the last paragraph. Here are the facts. Members of the Schumer (D-NY) led Democratic Senatorial Campaign Committee were charged and found guilty of illegally obtaining Lt Gov Michael Steele's credit report . Oreo cookies were thrown at Steele during his run for Lt Gov, and since mocked about on his Senatorial opposition Ben Cardin's (D-MD)blog. Rep Steny Hoyer (D-MD) did for a fact refer to Steele as "slavishly supporting the Republican Party". For a fact this past October's issue of Esquire magazine refers to Lt Gov Michael Steele (as well as Lynn Swann and Ken Blackwell) as "lawn jockeys".

Now my point is this. If an interpretation of racism is worth over two weeks of non stop fake indignation by the liberal media, what are real factual documented examples of systematic party endorsed racism worthy of? A reasonable person, a logical person, a fair person would argue at least the same if not more as the insinuated type. They would be wrong, and thats a damn shame. Obama is a superstar and Ford is a rockstar, but they still have Steele shining stars.

All that aside it doesnt matter. He doesnt need the racist elitist liberal medias help anyhow. Michael Steele will be the next Senator of Maryland. I dont care if hes black, white, red, brown, purple or yellow. I follow Maryland politics closely and he is a fair man a decent man with real ideas for change. Being a conservative in New York City I dont get to back too many viable candidates, so I usually pick a horse in another state that Im affiliated with and throw the full donk support behind them, and as I mentioned in a a prior comment section that Wesley Snipe says always bet on black, well Im telling you if youre ever in a casino and you see me...put your chips with the Donkey, I cant lose. Steele wins, thats that.

EE-Aw!!

So Steele is your horse and you are riding him to the finish line? "Bet on black?" See, you're a racist. Just kidding. I think the Ford ad was racist, designed to stir fears about black men and white women. Racist or not it was stupid and insulting. I don't think the use of the word "slavishly" is racist. Oreo cookies--racist, unless applied to Clarence Thomas.

"Slavishly: Of or characteristic of a slave or slavery."

How is that not racist when a white man says that about a black man? Would you still say that if Steele was a democrat?

Slavishly is a word--one may slavishly follow a certain diet. It depends on the context and I don't know the context it was used regarding Steele.

here i go again: intrepreting. but that's just what i do.

anyway, i think the use of 'slavishly' in regard to steele was meant as not-so-subtle racial innuendo, as was the playboy ad against harold ford, and the 'soft on crime' attack on deval patrick in massachusetts.

i think, though, that the american public is losing patience with this kind of attack. they/we see it for what it is: a very old, a very worn-out, and an extremely tacky campaign tool that is going to backfire every time it is used.
