After a Thanksgiving meal with a great group of Marines at Camp Fallujah inRead the rest of the story here.
western Iraq, I asked their commander whether the morale of his troops had been
hurt by the growing public dissent in America over the war in Iraq. His answer
was insightful, instructive and inspirational: "I would guess that if the
opposition and division at home go on a lot longer and get a lot deeper it might
have some effect, but, Senator, my Marines are motivated by their devotion to
each other and the cause, not by political debates."

Lieberman Gets It
Maybe it's because he's a religious man, and so his principles are more important to him than politics, maybe it's politics and he's trying to move more to the right to put himself in position for a presidential run. I want to believe it's the former not the latter. Either way, this man gets it. Lieberman was in Iraq last week, and he reports today in the Wall Street Journal that real progress is being made, that things are actually going very well, and that we need to stay the course and not give up on these people. This isn't a story you will hear from most of the msm, but it's true none the less. These leftover lefties and vietnam protestors in our government and the media should take not of this message from Iraq, delivered from Lieberman.

What a nice jewish boy that Joseph is, but shouldve been a dawktor, oy vey!
When I read the title I got a little turned on but then I realized he was talking about Joe being a patriot...nothing sexy about that!
According to the Holy Spirit's message on The Christian Prophet blog today, Lieberman is a heroic light bringer to a very dark Democratic Party.
