EPA regulations to limit greenhouse gasses and mercury, arsenic and other toxic pollutants? I guess that will affect Americans.

Hate to break this to you but the world isnt run on rainbows, unicorn smiles, high speed rail, or failed solar energy.
That the EPA has declared CO2 a pollutant tells you all you need to know about reality vs. Ideology.
On the bright side, it looks like Obama is finally going to keep a campaign promise by delivering sky rocketing electricity bills.
As I get older I find I get more patient with children and less patient with fools.
