I would be willing to bet that if the top tax rate was raised to what it was during the Clinton years, revenue would go up. If it goes down I would admit that I was wrong. If it went up I doubt you would admit the same. When did economics become a matter of faith on the Right?

Economics for conservatives is based on facts and evidence. The Aurora has reprinted the evidence many times whereas you and really everyone on the left has never pointed to a time that tax increases raised revenues. NEVER.

If you did, you wouldnt have made those comments. You bring up Clinton, but fail to mention the drastic cuts in spending thanks to the Contract With America or that tax revenues went through the roof (along with the stock mkt) after he lowered taxes in 97.
