So the Supreme Court has demanded that they reduce the prison population by more than 30,000 inmates. Clearly this is a problem but I think I have a solution. How about you take all of the non violent illegal alien prisoners and release them in the middle of Mexico City. Take the violent illegal alien prisoners and put them in Mexican prisons.
If Mexico refuses to jail the violent ones we would need to keep them because we know they would just return to the U.S. and commit more violent crimes but I'm sure the non-violent prisoners would make a huge dent.
I haven't looked up the statistics but I'm pretty confident it's a big number.
