Ha ha ha yeah they're having a global warming meeting and it's cold. Very amusing.
The joke isnt so much that its cold in Cancun, its that they purposely chose that locale to avoid the embarassment of it being cold during their lil warming summit.
And it keeps happening! I find it to be pretty funny
