Well, it was Bush who screwed up in Afghanistan, let Osama bin Laden get away to a safe haven,and diverted our forces to Iraq. It will be Obama who will, as he said, bring both wars to a conclusion. Not sure how any of this makes Bush look "smart", a hopeless task in any event.
