Winning In Iraq

Our strategists are constantly asked, how can we win the war in Iraq? But it is the wrong question, and therefore has no correct answer.

THE RIGHT QUESTION?

How can we win the war in the Middle East, which now extends from Afghanistan to Lebanon, Iraq, Israel, and Somalia?

Well then first thing we need to do is convince the left that we are in fact actually fighting a war on terror.

I don't think they can grasp it. I say we just don't include them.

I say stop giving the family farm to China, who begets Iran, who begets Hezbollah and Hamas, and so on.

How can you talk tough on terror and stability in the middle east and not talk about the egregious trade imbalances, the deficit, the currency manipulation by these arrogant fuckers??? You dont put any responsibility for Iran on China? And you dont put any responsibility for the mess in Iraq on Iran? But yet you guys dont demad anything when it comes to hating anyone but liberals and muslims.

You exclude half the battle then criticize the left for not grasping? Last I checked the Iraq war was doing nothing to fight terror. It created more instability, more volatility, more pissed off disgruntled islamofascists to recruit and your only argument is "but the WIBERAL WEFTIES WONT COOPERATE". Give it up a'ready!!!

Seems to me that when your guys had all the power you still whined like bitches about the left. They WERENT included, newsflash!

The left had no say for years, and yet they are the source of your angst. WHat the fuck are you smoking Rhino?

As always you miss the fucking point Lily.

So are you saying that the American consumer that buys Chinese wares at WalMart is to blame for suicide bombers in the middle east? Sure sounds like it and that sure is a stupid argument. You act as if the minority party has no say in the political discussion and shows your grasp of our political system is lacking. I can assure you that the Republicans as "the minority party" will still play an active role in this fight. And whats the Dem plan now that they are going to be running the show? Well it seems like theyre just going to wait and hear what Baker has to say and then theyll tell us???

Your argument is weak as you had the White House 8 years ago and Congress 12 and you still did fucking nothing back then when we were attacked...YOU JUST DONT GET IT.

But you keep trying to over analyze and overthink the "egregious trade imbalances, the deficit, the currency manipulation"

...and you let my side worry about the dumb stuff..like terrorists flying planes into our buildings, attacking our navy and embassies, suicide bombers killing our troops and innocent civilians.

I asked you this the other day and will ask you again.

Forget about Iraq for a moment.

Is there a jihad (war)being waged against America?

YES OR NO?

Lily, First of all i don't smoke. Anything.

Secondly, i don't think trade OIL RICH Iran is hurting for cash from china. I also don't see what currency manipulation has to do with terroristm. So to answer your stupid question, NO i don't put any responsibility on china.

Third. I don't hate muslims, and i don't hate liberals. I hate muslim terrorists, and i hate idiot liberals who are tools for the muslim terrorists.

Finally, Iraq is the central front on the global war on terror. If you don't believe me, just ask the terrorists who say they have the majority of their people there to fight us. If they weren't there, where would they be? Maybe HERE?

I see that donkey has already explained to you that the minority party DOES actually have lots of power, and i'm surprised that you were unaware of that, but maybe i overestimated you.

Either way, we ARE under attack, and have been for some time now. The left either doesn't recognize it, or is too busy worried about greenhouse gas to do something about it.

Call me crazy if you want, but i think the guy that got caught in the airport with $70k and nuclear technology is a little bit more of a threat than some bogus global warming bullshit.

Michael Ledeen is one of the intellectual architects of the failed policies of the Bush administration. At least he's consistent but unfortunately consistently wrong.Ok, Iraq hasn't quite worked out but let's go on to steps 2 and 3, Iran and Syria.

by getting the hell out of there and beginning to pay back this freaking debt??

or do you think the money fountain will flow until we gain control of the entire world?
