I hope the one positive that comes out of this is that the liberal democrats will now start acting like adults and stop with the childlike bitching. As the saying goes "if youre not part of the solution you are part of the problem". We kept hearing bout the need for bi-partisanship when they were the obstructionist minority and only time will tell if they act responsibly in their new role. I expect the worst but am hoping for the best. The blame game was fun while it lasted, now let’s see what you can do. Frickin hippies!

i'm so giddy...we even tried to legalize pot possession in my state. you know, we figured we'd set the tone for the next few years.

I didn't know Thomas Sowell was such an idiot. The Dems ran moderates in some of the more moderate areas. Some of them won, some lost. They ran liberals in the more liberal areas. Some won, some lost. This election was a referendum on Bush and the war in Iraq.
