The war in Iraq is making the world less safe the town criers cry. Apparently, it also states that during a war that our enemy's recruitment spikes upwards, more so than even during peace time. You dont say. Yeah well there are a few definite characteristics of war and those are two of them...increased hostilities and increased enemy combatants. Brilliant!
