It was a historic weekend for Derry athletics. First the Oak Leafers defeated Donegal 5-15 to 1-11 to become the first Ulster team to win the Nicky Rackard Cup. Then the Candystripes crushed Scottish first division team Gretna 5 to 1 in a second round UEFA Cup victory. Im sure the craic was ninety. Good on ye muckers!

wow, pretty impressive 5-15 and 1-11 huh? So the winning score is lower? So if you lose you win? wouldn't you just tell your goalie or whatever to get the hell out of the way?
