Pay no attention to that man behind the curtain

So the judge who decided in favor of the ACLU against the U.S. government in the wiretapping case has donated tens of thousands of dollars to the ACLU. Gee, i wonder how this case happened to land in her court room, and more importantly, i wonder why she didn't recuse herself from the case? Oh that's right, this is how the liberals get what they want, they know the country won't elect them if they actually tell you what they want so they get the judiciary to do their dirty work for them.

(Washington, DC) Judicial Watch, the public interest group that investigates and prosecutes government corruption and judicial abuse, announced today that Judge Anna Diggs Taylor, who last week ruled the government’s warrantless wiretapping program unconstitutional, serves as a Secretary and Trustee for a foundation that donated funds to the ACLU of Michigan, a plaintiff in the case (ACLU et. al v. National Security Agency). Judicial Watch discovered the potential conflict of interest after reviewing Judge Diggs Taylor’s financial disclosure statements.

...but as the libs would say FISA is a rubber stamp. Then who needs 'em. We all know how liberals love unnecessary bureaucracies, but if as they claim FISA is automatic approval anyways, then...

What the supreme court did was stop Al Gore from making a mockery of the electoral process.

Hanging chads and the 4000 Buchanan votes in Palm Beach aside, Bush receieved more votes than Gore no matter how many times the votes were recount. It was just such a shock for libs because for once they didnt get their way.

Republican appointees not withstanding the SCOTUS was not and is not a conservative court, but were getting there.

donsky you're wrong! the recounts were done after the fact and proved that Bush won. Even the ny slimes admitted it.
