Cesar Rodriguez, the stepfather of 7 year old Nixzmary Brown(no relation) brutally murdered her a week ago wednesday over eating a yogurt-yes a yogurt-not lobster tail-not prime rib-a goddamn yogurt. Whilst the child's mother stood by and let this sick #$@ tie her up to a chair and beat her to a pulp and then submerge her in the bathtub and kill her with blunt force trauma.I am not a proponent of Capital punishment but this is the final straw. Defenseless children abused or murdered by anybody should have some kind of STRONG deterrent. I wholeheartedly believe the only remedy is to bring back the "Maiden" as my Scottish cousins called it also known as "The Guillotine".
I have to believe that the public beheading of this monster and his fellow abusing, raping and murdering peers will deter the future sick, weak, can't face a man mofos out there.
This is just a vent of my anger, disgust and outrage. May Nixmary Brown R.I.P.--she is in a better place-away from this cruel cruel world.

Well said warlike, and while we're at it, what's up with the grandma or whoever else in the family had access to the kid? i mean the kid was repeatedly abused, why didn't anyone do anything? and the mom should get the "maiden" too!
It is a sick world...I don't think there is anything we can do to change that...poor kid. It's times like this that with all the bad things that have happened,that I realize how luck I am...I can't imagine. The kid never had the chance to enjoy much of anything and now the parents should lose all their rights to anything & everything.
You know moms is gonna use the "also abused" defense. Its sad all around. I just couldn't ignore this murder-when I seen the cops bringing out the wooden chair showing how she was tied down-I seriously wanted to hurt the murderer.
Rhino we know his type. In an adult surrounding, around men-this guy would be eating humble pie; so when he goes home he ties up a malnourished 7 yr old and beats her to get hard; sick sick sick!!!

the whole thing is disgusting. I don't want to hear the moms bulls**t either. no matter what, you can call the police, or get some family member or neighbor to help you. If you want to be with someone who abuses you, that's your own sickness as an adult and i feel sorry for you. But when you allow your children to get it, you lose my sympathy. As far as i'm concerned, the moms is just as responsible. she is the one who's supposed to protect this little girl. No one can tell me that she couldn't have called the police, or gotten some kind of help over a time period of a couple of years! i'm just glad they didn't kill all the kids.
People like this should have their reproductive organs ripped out and fed to them, and then we should punish them.

Killing these fuckers never stops others from doing the same. But it'll make me feel better.
But I say, first we tattoo 'im, then we shave him completely, then we castrate him without anesthesia, then we hang 'im, then we kill him.
That's exactly my point Footprint. Joel Steinberg is out on the streets again and Lisa is dead. I bet you if Steinberg had been guillotined on TV, alot of child abuse-murders could have been averted.
The guillotine is one of the most bloodiest forms of execution. Most of these killing weak hearts would definetely think twice.
I think something like a special law not Megan's law but a standard law for convicted child killers needs to be in place. I personally think the death penalty is wrong. I know there is a God. Let him dole out the punishment when that time comes...In the meantime, I think in my opinion it would be worse to spend life in solitary confinement then to die anyway. Not just solitary confinement alone mind you...no contact, less food, no medical care...and while we're at it, no crayons or anything to pass the time. Just your child murdering thoughts alone to ponder your life while your body slowly rots away...
On a similar note NJ is doing a study on the benefits/harm/sociological implications of the death penalty. This means the blue state that I live in will soon get rid of it altogether.It's a waste of money since you don't need to research whether or not death sucks...
