The bird already lived with a cracker or do you think that the brother's have parrots as pets? That really besides the point...What really shocked me is the state of the UK illuminated in this article...Things must be really bad there...

One guy, alone, has to be the full time consultant on parrot behavior...That is cruel and inhuman torture if you ask me.
