Multiple Choice

Who said it?

"I don't support the troops … I'm not for the war. And being against the war and saying you support the troops is one of the wussiest (sic) positions the pacifists have ever taken." He continued, "I'm not advocating that we spit on returning veterans like they did after the Vietnam War, but we shouldn't be celebrating people for doing something we don't think was a good idea."

A. Cindy Sheehan

B. Pat Buchanan

C. Joel Stein

It's hard to tell the difference between them, so i don't blame you if you can't figure it out.

umm no, i never said Washington didn't win a single battle in the revolutionary war. In fact, if that was true we would still be subjects of the crown. Are you just making this stuff up as you go along? suggestion, no more beer for breakfast. And what does the revolutionary war have to do with your mancrush being a defeatist?

You SPECIFICALLY said that Washington didnt win a single battle (I immediately pointed out Trenton and Princeton) and France is the ONLY reason we achieved independance.

Are you ok bro? I havent seen you this shook since they took Beverly Hills 90210 off the air.

Stop shorting stocks dude, its turning your brain to mush

Am I going to have to spearate you two...It'll be like that episode of the Brady Bunch when they draw a line down the center of the room.

Seriously though, you two both know that the war shouldn't be an excuse for idle banter. Stay on point like I do...(sarcastic voice)Isn't everyone glad that new episodes of Scrubs are back!

Break me off a piece of your kit kat bar...how gay is that?

Rhino-itall said...

thats pretty gay, almost as gay as having a poetry blog....... not that there's anything wrong with that.......

Mookie McFly said...

It's not a poetry blog...creativity probably seems foreign to you so I'll explain. I like to do more than regurgitate what Bill O'Reilly had for breakfast. Perhaps a string of words running together is poetry but that is a subjective opinion. It is cathartic to me to write about things that I do or don't understand with humor, sadness, or whatever mood I'm in...Does speaking an abstract thought make one an orator? And when they pen it to the page, does that make them a poet? I don't think so but apparently you do...like I said before it makes me nothing more and certainly nothingly less than what I have always been which is alive.

Rhino-itall said...

wait a minute, did you just sneak some poetry in right there? it kind of had a poetry feel to it, but i'm gonna hold back judgement on that until i look up the word "cathartic"
