Rich Lowry hits the nail on the head with this one. He makes a lot of good points including the fact that the Dems are calling for impeachment of the president for an act that may or may not be illegal in their minds, but that they support anyway? Can't really figure that one out, but even perplexing, to me anyway, is the angle of the FISA warrants.
According to Kerry/Dean and company the FISA court is basically a rubber stamp, they don't reject any warrant requests anyway, so why not get the warrants? My question then would be, why GET the warrants? Of course it's not that simple, but that's the angle the dems want to take. I do believe they are painting themselves into a corner on national security....... again

They can paint their way into a corner all they want. Just so long as it's not lead paint. Because then the EPA gets involved and do you know that a park ranger can search your car without probably cause. The border patrol can take your car apart and doesn't even have to apologize. The Boy Scouts don't have to wash your car if your gay. Scientologists can destroy your soul and you can't even sue. I could dither on...
