Legalize it and tax it
i don't think making it legal works. but i'm sure phillip morris wouldn't mind. they and the other big tobacco companies would put all other growers out of business in no time. whole economies in central and south america would collapse, or they would become puppets to american corporations.....come to think of it, good idea. legalize it and tax it.
But then what would we do with the CIA? I mean besides getting all the really good drugs/drug dealers into the country, what else do they do? Plus you're forgetting about your friendly local neighborhood growers in Humbolt & Chico counties in California plus all the dime bag sellers in your NYC parks...Aren't they people too?

you do have a good point, stoned people are not that agressive. and maybe they should be doing something about the boarders before messing with the pot heads.
