Congratulations to Mohamed ElBaradei and the International Atomic Energy Agency on their Nobel Peace prize victory for their efforts to prevent nuclear proliferation...especially in regards to N. Korea and Iran. Huh? Whats that you say...N. Korea and Iran have nuclear capabilities? Nevermind.
