Dont Be Silly Willie

It has now become abundantly clear that the Zambrano Era is over. He doesnt deserve his spot in the rotation with Heilman pitching so well as of late. As mediocre as The Mets have been, we are still in the wild card hunt. Give the kid the ball Willie.

The mets are done for this year. I know they're only a few games out of the wild card, but they suck on the road, and the end of the year is loaded with road trips. I predict they will be 8 games out of the wild card by the end of the year.

Yeah there's a lot of meat on my sandwich! Why doesn't Torre just concentrate on his team instead of constantly trying to eat my food...As fo Heilman, he's our best long releiver Donkey. If we bring him in from the Pen to start then who do we send to replace him. I think we'll probably phase out Victor into a pen role and move Trachs into the rotation or possibly go to six guys to give Pedro some more rest...Either way I know we will hang around for the rest of the season...Have you looked at the schedule? If we stay close as one or two games, we finish the season w/three games in Philly where we regularly beat arse (against NL east teams the Mets are above average on the road) and then finish the season at home w/four against the Colorado Rockies. I like our chances...And yeah my bread is toasted!
