It's called "global" warming for a reason. But I will concede the possible existence of "Central Park, NY" cooling.
i know nothing of this subject, but i will say that i love the fact that i'm saving mucho dineros this season since i haven't turned the a/c on even once!hmmm ... what should i buy with that extra cash?
