I applaud President Obama for his historic (and constitutionally non-binding) agreement with Russia. I heard his next move is to shut down a local fish n chip shop on Lake Champlain so that he can claim credit for The War of 1812. Cold War is over bro, try and focus on Iran and Korea. Jackass.

From what i understand the signing of this treaty by our president was not only non binding, but illegal.
according to the constitution, he's supposed to get advice,consent, and two thirds of the senate to agree before he's ALLOWED to sign any treaties.
This is the kind of thing someone like fidel castro or hugo chavez would do......hmmmm....
