I know torture gives you a hard-on but I'm against it. Also any other mistreatment of prisoners. I also do not think it made us any safer, more the opposite. I guess we will have to agree to disagree.
Prisoners died in U.S. custody. That Iraqi General was beaten to death. Torture may have produce some limited information but it's fairly clear that conventional FBI-type interrogation techniques produced more and better information, without sullying the honor and disgracing the good name of our country.
So, Rhino, you agree it's the law, you just don't think we should follow it? Interesting.

Mistreatment of prisoners is a war crime. Also true. Torture is a war crime. Cruel, inhuman or degrading treatment of detainees is a war crime. True.
