Just Throwing It Out There
Funny how Joe Biden is widely known to be a long winded gas bag yet he used ashtma to get out of the draft after his college deferrments ran out. I say this not to come down on Biden, because I can't say for certain if I myself wouldn't have been running around Woodstock buck ass nekkid banging hippies and dropping acid but after eight years of hearing my veepee described as draft dodging Vice president... I kind of got used to hearing it and am wondering why they don't say it anymore.

Donkey. Cheney was criticized for being a draft dodger because he's a republican warmonger. he's also hitler, the devil, and most recently the emporer to Bush's darth vader.
Biden is a simpleton, a dolt if you will. However since his opinions and principles change with the wind you can not accuse him of being a hypocrite.

Thanks Rhino. You know, it warms my heart every time I see the GOP represented by Gingrich, Rove and Cheney. Gingrich may even run for President.Cheney is all over the news. And Rove aka Miss Piggy is on Fox News almost every day. If you guys don't find some new faces and new policies we will never see another Republican President or Congress. Meghan McCain for Congress?

I'm liking Jindal,Perry,and of course Palin. I'm hoping more show up but i must agree with gary unfortunately. I'm a fan of Newt,Rove, and Cheney but they ain't winning any elections any time soon.

God, I hope that Palin is the candidate. She will really rally the GOP base. Unfortunately for you guys that base is now between 20-25%. By the way, has a losing VP candidate ever gone on to become President? Not in the last 100 years that I recall. I remember that guy who ran with Goldwater doing American Express commercials a while back.
I think Palin could win, but i'm thinking she should run for the senate. She's extremely popular in Alaska.
Besides which, we NEVER elected a black man before we did...(thanks donkey)
Finally, you can't judge the size of the base by the last few elections. We haven't had a conservative in the running since Reagan. Probably because we have open primaries which is why michael steele needs to fix this shit or get the fuck out of there.
