Sounds like a political firing to me, I will hold my breath waiting for the liberal outrage.

No liberal outrage here. If Wagoner and other CEOs were really "free market" people they wouldn't ask for billions in government bail-out money. The article notes that Wagoner had made major mistakes that led to where his company is now. The article also notes that the Bush people had insisted on the AIG CEO leaving.

Yeah too funny. Bush fires his own political appointees and he's a criminal, Obama fires the CEO of a publicly traded company and gary's got no problem with it.
