Some people believe George W Bush's legacy is Iraq, and depending on how you feel about it you believe he is a success or a failure. Some think it's too early to decide with the complete outcome of the war still in doubt.
I disagree. I believe W's presidency is a failure but not because of Iraq which i have supported from the start, or because of the economy which had done extremely well contrary to what you read in the NY Slimes.
THIS is Bush's failure!

With a bill like this Id settle if he/they did less. Fuck him. I called it when he was running for President with that "compassionate conservative" crap that he was going to be a real spendy cunt.
Considering that Congress has lost every battle that its fought against the President, I dont think its unreasonable to ask him to force Congress' hand to fund the troops without the billion dollar bike paths and chicken sexer museums bullshit.
This is the bill Congress wanted, this is the bill Bush wanted. I reiterate... fuck them.

Bush has always been ready to give our money away. He's a bleeding heart when it comes to spending.
