Hillary Clinton can't decide, but it seems she doesn't have to because after her flip flopping on the drivers license issue in the debate her poll numbers went UP not down. So where does she stand on any of the issues you ask??? Well, it seems she'll let you know a week after the question is asked, and of course after the polling is done.

How about torture? If we have a "ticking time bomb" scenario should we torture the terrorist to save American lives? Hillary says Yes.......... move on says no...... hillary says NO........ but bj clinton and hillary also say YES

R Kelly quotes aside, its as I have always said, liberals are starfuckers. Some geniuses in the GOP are trying to counter that with Fred Thompson, but the conservative voters are a tad more discerning and not going for it, just as some conservatives will refuse to vote for Rudy. Take my word on this, all the strong talk aside, the Code Pinks will line up to vote for a Hillary Presidency despite her being against almost universally what they stand for.
There is flat out no good reason why either Hillary or Obama top the polls, and I have yet to meet a Hillary supporter that can clearly and correctly pinpoint why they do.
It is the anti-war liberals that stand to lose most under a Hillary Presidency, not a conservative like me, because if as I predict the dems lose/hold their numbers in Congress how much damage can she actually do?
Shes a one termer at best, that is if Bill doesnt snuff her in her sleep

She wont be able to raise taxes
Her health care will fail again
and all they dying Supreme Court Justices are liberals

In fact, i think you're correct in your predictions about congress. The last mid term election saw an energized, anti war , anti Bush left that came out strong against a deflated republican party.
